Acceptance of terms
Using Warden means accepting these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the app.
User accounts
Keeping your credentials secret is on you. Tell us as soon as you suspect somebody else is using your account, because we cannot cover losses caused by credentials you shared.
Use of the service
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Reproducing or redistributing its content needs our written permission.
Intellectual property
The design, the text, the logo and the software belong to Warden and are protected by intellectual property law.
Limitation of liability
Warden is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the service, including lost data or profits.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account, without notice, when its use breaks these terms or harms other people.
